Our administrative and clinical team is second to none. They are experienced, highly trained, friendly, and intuitive regarding your needs.

Our outgoing business and administrative team will schedule your care effectively and communicate to our clinical team any needs or concerns you express in conversations with them. They will discuss your insurance and HSA/Flexible Spending account questions and will make sure you have a clear understanding of your available insurance coverage and how to maximize your overall benefits. They will also address your financial concerns and present to you various financing options available.

Our clinical team’s abilities and attention to detail will make your dental visits run smoothly and effectively. You will notice our attention to your comfort and well-being. We know our patients’ have busy schedules of their own and we respect that by running an efficient dental office. “You will be aware of our clinical team’s attention to infection control for your safety and protection. All of this allows Dr. Cook to focus on what he does best – dentistry!


Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)

jenniferJennifer is Dr. Cook’s primary clinical dental assistant. She is a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA). Jennifer has been working with Dr. Cook since 2000 right after she finished dental assisting school. She keeps the clinical area well organized, on time and each person’s care in a safe environment. She was born and raised in central Illinois and League City TX before finding her way to Minneapolis in 1997, where she attended Lakeland Dental School, now known as Herzing University. She is the oldest of 7 children and grew up with 4 wonderful parents. Jennifer now lives in Maple Grove with her husband, Derek and their children Alivia and Eric. In her free time she likes to spend time with family and friends and LOVES watching her children grow into the bigger people they were meant to be. What is the best thing about working at Smiles at France??? Jennifer loves working with great people and helping our wonderful patients with their dental needs.


Treatment Coordinator and Administrative Assistant

CynthiaCynthia is our practice’s treatment coordinator and administrative assistant. When you call us, she will most likely answer the phone and great you as you enter our door. Cindy is in charge of all of our non clinical areas. She will assist you with your scheduling, insurance and billing needs. She will also help us out in the clinical area as needed. She is fantastic with introducing dentistry to one year olds and our growing pediatric patients. Cindy is a Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) and has been practicing in Minnesota since 1991. After attending Normandale she changed her academic path and enrolled in the Dental Assisting program at Herzing University, graduating at the top of her class. She has experience assisting in multiple specialty practices of Oral Surgery, Periodontics, Endodontics, General Dentistry and Cosmetic Dentistry. Her interest includes nutrition and exercise, volunteering within the children’s school and even coaching baseball, soccer and basketball. She enjoys most watching her children grow, learn and experience life in the suburban metro area, along with walking, golfing, gardening, traveling, and spending time outdoors.


Dental Hygienist (RDH)


Kaitlyn is Smiles at France’s dental hygienist. She was born and raised in Wisconsin, not that far from where Dr. Cook grew up! Kaitlyn graduate from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. Kaitlyn enjoys meeting new people and creating positive, long lasting relationships with each of her patients. She celebrates improvements in our patients’ oral health and loves helping maintain their beautiful smiles. She is compassionate, caring and thorough! Outside of the office, Kaitlyn loves spending time with her family and friends, watching sports – especially Wisconsin, traveling, sunshine, shopping, fitness, cooking and reading.
